As cyclists ourselves, we know it’s never much fun when things go wrong with your bike. You suddenly realise how much you need it. It can also be stressful to think “How much time it takes to repair?” “How do I explain it to the bike shop?” “Will I be without my bike for ages?”

We take pride in the performance of all our products. Faulty materials or construction will be replaced or repaired at our discretion with the practical lifetime of the product taken into consideration.

At 22 bikes we will be happy to take a look at your bike, give you our honest recommendations about what the best thing to do is and also aim to get it back to you as quickly as possible. If we can’t get it back to you there and then we’ll even lend you our courtesy bike.
